Return & Refund Policy
Our policy lasts 15 days after your item(s) were delivered. If 15 days have gone by since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery
EASY Return Policy: For certain products that state, "EASY Returns" on the product page, you may return the item within 30 days of purchase, but you will be responsible for paying the return shipping. This will be deducted when issuing you a refund.
FREE Return Policy: While most products can be returned for free within the 15 day return period, if you are returning 3 or more items in a given order, then you will be required to pay for return shipping.
Additionally, if you have used the product in any way, shape, or form and/or the original product packaging is missing when requesting a return, then you will be responsible for paying for the return shipping.
Lastly, certain variants of Hydro Flask bottles, red cards, etc. may not qualify for FREE returns. You will be required to pay for return shipping if you request to return the product.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Restocking Fee: For all orders over $25.00 If your return is approved by us, you will receive the original full amount paid minus a restocking fee of 10%. Please understand that this is largely due to payment processors no longer refunding processing fees to merchants.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
Currently, we are not offering exchanges.
Currently, we don't offer refunds if your product was a gift.
To return your product, please reach out to us. If your product(s) qualify for "Free Returns", then we will provide you with a pre-paid return label. However, if your product doesn't qualify for "FREE Returns" then we will either provide you with a pre-paid shipping label or you may have to purchase a return label at your local USPS, UPS, or FedEx office. If the item you purchased doesn't qualify for "FREE Returns," and we provided you with a pre-paid shipping label, then we will subtract the cost of the shipping label from the total refund issued to you upon successful return of the item(s).
